WANT ME TO PRAYFORM FOR YOUR EVENT?
First, I do not pay to pray, so please don't ask me to do that.
Therefore, to have me prayform for your event, all expenses - travel, accommodations, and food - must be taken care of (fear not: I travel and live frugally). However, I do not fly or drive long distances and prayform on the same day because of the affect of travel weariness, decompression or jet lag on my body and ears. A fee of $250 per day (including the travel day) is charged to compensate me for the days' loss of income and taking me away from the Angel Tunnel -- my usual prayformance venue. Of course, if you would like to add a tip above the compensation fee, I will more than gratefully accept it.
If you have submitted a proposal to me to appear at your event without my requested compensation fee or with a trade suggestion, give me at least three days minimum to consider the proposal. Please don't expect me to commit to the event immediately.A $100 nonrefundable cash or check deposit is required to hold the date. Checks should be made payable to 'S.K. Thoth.' The rest of the compensation fee should be given to me upon completion of the prayformance. No exceptions! (Businesses and corporations please note: if you cut checks in two week increments, plan ahead.)
