The trees are changing colors. The red orange and yellow passion of season's end is in the air. Autumn is my favorite season because sunset occurs at the end of the prayformance, demonstrating what a prayformance is for.

The quietness around Bethesda today reminds me that when it is noisy I cannot dream while playing. Dreaming is one of the best of the things that happens to me when I prayform, allowing me to work on the novel and its characters, in addition to the many problems of my "real" life.

26.11.2008 "Swing Band"
The tunnel floor is covered with hundreds of pointy screws -- leftovers from the haunted house set up in the tunnel for the pumpkin festival. Zoe helps me pick up most of them. A swing band is playing in front of the tunnel till 5:30pm, so I have a late start. A frustrating day, but the applause at the end is one of the most heartfelt I have experienced in many days.
